On Friday February 16th 2018, we'll be at the Minnesota Brewers' Guild Winterfest 2018!
This beer and food extravaganza at the Union Depot in St. Paul features libations and appetizers from about 100 microbreweries and 25 local chefs. Chromatic Catering is partnered with four breweries: Imminent Brewery of Northfield, Bald Man Brewing of Eagan, Talking Waters Brewery from Montevideo, and Bank Brewing from Hendricks, MN. They will each be pouring one of their special brews, plus a second beer to pair with our 'Tower of Cheese', an app-sized bite of grilled cheese deliciousness featuring CannonBelles gouda cheese, Shepherd's Way Hidden Falls brie, Brick Oven Bakery sourdough bread, Living Greens Farm arugula, tomato-harissa jam and caramelized onions.
